Yes me too -we worry about similar things - for me it's almost always between 2-5am when it's silent and my mind vomits items I swallowed and then ignored during the day. Here's what I do, this may help you in those terrible wee hours. When I notice that I'm mentally spinning I say to myself, "It's ok this is just my NIght Brain Worry, the worries are probably not real." for you, you can say, This is my shower brain-worry, This is my evening brain-worry. It helps me to distance from it a bit. It may help you. I hope.
