This is SO funny! I used to like to inspect hard copy catalogs - There was one called The Vermont Country Store (and yes I am from USA) and the Sears catalog - the set designs were equally weird and funny. Because they were in English I was able to appreciate the very strange lanugage used to promote something ugly or tacky or something that was just useless.
