This is shocking to me - someone who lives in New York City where people SHOUT on their phones in buses and trains and laugh and scream at each other and play extremely loud music out car windows and car alarms go off at all hours of the day and night - it drives me crazy --I would probably be even more disturbed with extreme quiet LOL!
