I’m surprised that I agree with her - I didn’t expect to. I think she’s right about the company not valuing their people enough to spend the money on business class seats - while I think she’ s naiive, at the same time I admire her confidence that she should do some of the important presentations. Previous generations are too passive about their work needs and I think we’re seeing a big shift in how and where we conduct business.
