I brew coffee every night then cool it and refrigerate it for the next day. The Lavattza brand coffee is really strong and has chocolate notes and is ideal for ice coffee. Also I usually do a half-caf - 1/2 Lavattza and 1/2 Dunkin decaf. Perfect!
