Good article - Over the past couple of years I've made many of the changes you talk about - in addition to study habits there are good life habits. But for me the Pomodoro method is STRESS inducing - I do a "modified Pomodoro" by scheduling most of my work/school hrs on Outlook in hr increments and leaving breaks in between. My Outlook calendar is like a Kanban now. I just started following you. I hope you will follow me. I write self-help humor articles which I hope you will enjoy.
