Excellent and thought provoking article - This is why I get aggravated when everyone jumps on the AI bandwagon - Oh it's going to replace everyone, it writes for us, it thinks for us. And this is also why stores are rethinking automatic checkouts - many customers don't like them for all of the reasons you discuss. Great article!
